Transparion Advisory & Managed

Planned

Turn findings into clear tasks.

Decide together what matters next. Advisory is planned as expert guidance for your team. Managed is intended to add capacity for explicitly agreed content and technical tasks.

These personal services are planned and are not currently available for public booking. Scope, pricing, capacity and a start date have not been confirmed.

01 · Advisory

Your team implements. Advisory guides.

Pro Scan findings, product knowledge and your goals should become a manageable plan. The planned focus is on interpretation, prioritization and expert review.

Interpret findings

Read relevant answers, sources and target pages together. Separate observations from assumptions about possible causes.

Prioritize tasks

Record the objective, target URL, owner and acceptance criteria. Relevance, evidence, effort and dependencies determine the order.

Support implementation

Your team or agency carries out the tasks. Agreed reviews are intended to check changes and put later measurements in context.

Advisory does not include a general commitment to implementation. Additional work belongs only to an explicitly agreed Managed scope.

02 · Managed

Additional capacity for a clear assignment.

Managed is planned as implementation support when your team lacks capacity for a defined task. Analysis recommendations are not automatically included in the assignment.

Define the work package

Describe the affected pages, required changes, current evidence and dependencies. Agree on services and responsibilities in advance.

Prepare changes

Create agreed content drafts or page revisions, and coordinate technical tasks with your web development team.

Review and approve

Your company checks product facts and approves the results. Publication by Managed is included only when explicitly agreed.

Unlimited content creation, external placements and automatic website changes are not a promised part of the service.

03 · Shared working framework

From a traceable finding to a reviewed change.

Both forms of support are intended to fit the work of your team and existing partners. Tasks and approvals are agreed before a collaboration begins.

  1. 01

    Understand the baseline

Review a current report, affected pages, target audience and reliable product information together.

  2. 02

    Agree on scope and ownership

Record the deliverable, responsibilities, access, timelines and acceptance criteria for the specific task.

  3. 03

    Review the change

The responsible team implements the task. Results follow the agreed review and approval process.

  4. 04

    Revisit observations

Document published changes and interpret later answers using comparable questions, models and markets.

04 · Illustrative example

A comparison page needs an update.

A team identifies outdated information on an important target page. This example shows two possible divisions of work, not a customer case or a fixed package.

With Advisory

Missing evidence, relevant buyer questions and acceptance criteria are clarified together. The customer team writes and publishes the text. An agreed review supports the factual check.

With Managed

A content draft is agreed as a specific work package. The company provides current product information, reviews the draft and approves it. Publication responsibility is defined in advance.

An approved text is a verifiable deliverable. It does not guarantee a later brand mention, citation or additional enquiry.

05 · Requirements and limits

What needs to be clear before starting.

Reliable information
Current analyses, product facts, usage rights and necessary access form the foundation. Unresolved questions remain visible.
Contacts and approvals
Named people own content and technical responsibilities. Changes follow the agreed approval process.
A confirmed offer
There are currently no publicly bookable packages for these planned personal services. A contact enquiry is not a booking or a capacity commitment.
Software and personal services
The Advisory workspaces in the account are software features. They do not establish an entitlement to the personal guidance or additional implementation described here.

Analyses show observations within a specific measurement scope. A changed value alone does not establish a cause. Rankings, citations and commercial results cannot be guaranteed.
