Context

Connect audience, task and criteria.

A specific question makes clear which decision a product should be relevant to. Include only requirements that actually matter in that situation.

  • Name the audience and its business context, such as a distributed product team or mid-sized businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Describe the task: what problem needs solving, and in which workflow does it arise?
  • Add essential integrations, constraints or exclusion criteria. Keep the question open without steering the answer toward your brand.

Analysis scope

Start automatically or refine the details yourself.

Insight and Pro Scan differ in how you define the scope. Use the example questions as inspiration and adapt them to your company.

  • Insight derives purchase-oriented questions automatically from your website. You do not need to create your own prompt set before starting.
  • In Pro Scan, you select 10–30 active questions. Write your own, edit suggestions and have additional questions generated automatically.
  • Market, audience, category and specialization provide additional context for preparation. Check every suggestion for relevance and clarity.

Reuse

Keep questions as material you can reuse.

Manage prompt sets for each company in your account. Prepare questions in advance, edit them later and use them directly in a Pro Scan.

  • A saved set can contain 1–30 unique questions. To run a Pro Scan, you need 10–30 active questions.
  • Give the set a clear name and add company and market context.
  • Saved questions remain visible and editable. Changes to a set do not alter scan results already created.

Comparability

Reuse a consistent core set.

A follow-up scan is especially useful when you know what has changed in the scope. Keep important questions for future measurements.

  • Keep the core questions and target market as consistent as possible when tracking the same website.
  • Add new topics deliberately. A changed prompt set can produce different results even if your website stays the same.
  • Scheduled scans reuse the saved questions. Schedule changes apply to future runs; existing results are preserved.
